Our hotel is in a Green Environmental Zone
Please keep in mind, guests arriving by car will need to have the necessary german environmental badge on their vehicle. Information about requirements concerning the 60 German Environmental Zones can be found in different languages at Umwelt-Plakette.
If you need to order a sticker, you have the sticker delivered to our Hotel within 24 hours. Just click Plakette bestellen and include the hotel address when you order the badge.
Environmental badge and garage
We want to inform you that our hotel is in the inner city and you will need a green environmental badge for your vehicle to drive without penalties in the environmental zone.

Directions from Nürnberg and Hannover
Follow the “Berliner Ring “A10” to “Autobahndreieck Nuthetal”. Take exit “Berlin-Wannsee/Zehlendorf/Zentrum” to the Avus “A115”. At the end of the Avus (you will see the Radio Tower) stay in the far left-hand lane and follow the signs for “Wilmersdorf”. Leave the city autobahn “A100” at exit 13, “Hohenzollerndamm” and turn left onto “Hohenzollerndamm”. Take the second right onto the “Berliner Str.”. Follow “Berliner Str.” for 1,5 km then turn left onto “Landhausstraße”.
Directions from Hamburg and Rostock
Follow the “Berliner Ring “A10” to “Autobahndreieck Oranienburg”. Take exit “Berlin Zentrum” onto the “A111” (this will become the “A100”). Leave the city autobahn “A100” at exit “Hohenzollerndamm” and turn left onto “Hohenzollerndamm”. Take the second right onto the “Berliner Str.”. Follow “Berliner Str.” for 1,5 km then turn left onto “Landhausstraße”.

Arriving by train
When you arrive at “Berlin Haupbahnhof” take the “S-Bahn” to “Berlin Zoologischer Garten”. From “Bahnhof Zoo”, take the ”U-Bahn – Line 9” direction “Rathaus Steglitz” for 3 stations and get off at “Güntzelstraße”. Following the driving direction of the train, take the stairs on the right side to get to “Güntzelstraße”. Follow the street. “Landhausstasse” is the first street to the left.
